Anja Wadzinski

Head of People & Culture at FINVIA

Anja Wadzinski's work experience includes various HR roles and leadership positions. Anja started their career in 1995 as a Consultant at MC Marketing Corporation. In 1999, they joined Accenture and held multiple HR lead roles for different business groups until 2004. From 2003 to 2004, they served as the Head of HR Operations & Training. Anja then became the Head of HR Enterprise & Services workforce, Compensation & Benefits from 2004 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as the Program Manager for Accenture HR Transformation. Anja also had a role as Program Manager in Talent Acquisition from 2011 to 2012. Starting in 2012, they became an EALA HR Business Partner until 2017. Their most recent position before joining FINVIA in 2022 was as Associate Director HR Ventures & Acquisitions at Accenture from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are the Head of People & Culture at FINVIA.

Anja Wadzinski's education history includes a range of studies and training in various fields. From 1989 to 1995, they attended the University of Mannheim, where they earned a degree in Diplom-Kauffrau. Their studies focused on organizational theory, marketing, and psychology. In 2001 and 2002, they pursued a program in Team-Development and Coaching at isb GmbH Systemische Professionalität. Anja also completed vocational training in Transactional Analysis at Limani, Dörthe Verres in Heidelberg from 2003 to 2009. In 2016, Anja Wadzinski became a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach after attending Gallup.
