Breanna Stott

Breanna Stott is the Founder & CEO of Finwell Benefits. Prior to launching Finwell, they worked as a Vice President & Private Wealth Advisor at Union Bank and an Assistant Vice President & Private Banker at Wells Fargo.

At Union Bank, Breanna worked with a team of specialists in wealth planning, investments, risk management, trust and estate services, and all types of banking. Her team built consultative client relationships by providing wealth management advice centered on the client’s unique goals and dreams. Breanna specialized in business succession planning and family dynamics.

At Wells Fargo, they were responsible for a wide range of financial services, from simple bank account opening to lending, investment management, trust services, investment banking, payroll, merchant card processing and day-to-day bank operations. In 2013, they were ranked amongst the top 1% of employees in all of Wells Fargo and was awarded the Golden Spoke Award. In 2014, they prevented millions of dollars in losses from multiple banking institutions by catching one of the largest banking fraud rings in the country.

In addition to their private banking responsibilities, Breanna frequently managed branches of up to 20 employees, helped hire new bankers and participated in corporatewide research and voice panels, bringing new ideas to the company.
