Ritwik Unhale has over 10 years of professional experience. Ritwik began their career in 2009 as a Summer Intern at Tata Motors in Automation Maintenance Services, where they worked on the project "Safari Gantry Modification" and adapted to the corporate culture. In 2010, they returned to Tata Motors as a Project Intern in Automation Maintenance Services, where they successfully completed the project "Conversion of hydraulic machine to CNC". In 2011, they worked as a Business Development Executive at WYSE Biometrics Systems Pvt Ltd, and also as a Business Development Consultant (Internship) at BOC UK & Ireland, where they delivered a critically analyzed report on "Potential of LNG as marine fuel in European market". In 2014, they were an Assistant Manager - Marketing and Business Development at DIGIT 5 India Private Limited. In 2015, they were a Business Development Manager at Binary Stream. In 2016, they were a Senior Business Manager - Enterprise Security Solutions at eMudhra Limited. From 2019 to 2021, they were an Assistant Vice President & Product Manager - Digital Products and Acquisition at RBL Bank. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Finzly.

Ritwik Unhale completed a Junior College degree in Science from Shikshan Prasarak Mandalis Sir Parshurambhau College Arts, Science & Commerce Tilak Road Pune 30 from 2004 to 2006. Ritwik then obtained a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics from Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, they graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Oil and Gas Management from Coventry University.
