Jessica Hodge

Jessica Hodge, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jessica is currently serving as the HR Director at Fiore & Sons, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at AeroGrow International from February 2018 to March 2021. Additionally, they held the position of HR Director at Namasté Solar from October 2017 to January 2018 and worked as an HR Manager and HR Generalist at Namasté Solar from April 2016 to August 2017 and August 2011 to April 2016, respectively. Before that, Jessica gained experience in payroll and accounting as a Payroll/Accounting professional at Venable LLP from November 2008 to July 2011. Jessica also served First Service Networks as an HR Assistant & Payroll/Benefits Coordinator from July 2007 to November 2008 and started their career as a Staffing Specialist at The Performance Group from August 2004 to June 2007.

Jessica Hodge, SHRM-SCP, attended Gordon College from 1998 to 2001 and studied History. Jessica obtained the People Analytics Specialty Certification from SHRM in August 2023, as well as the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification in July 2023.
