Rosie Upstill-Goddard

Rosie Upstill-Goddard is a skilled bioinformatician with extensive experience in therapeutic development, particularly in pre-clinical models targeting pancreatic cancer. At Fios Genomics since March 2023, Rosie utilizes expertise in analyzing and integrating diverse data types, including transcriptomics, genomics, ATACseq, ChIPseq, and methylation, to identify dysregulated pathways and processes suitable for therapeutic intervention. Prior to this role, Rosie worked at the University of Glasgow from September 2014 to March 2023, contributing to similar research efforts. Rosie holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human/Medical Genetics from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Joint Honours in Biology and Mathematics from Durham University.
