Eric Schordan

Eric Schordan has over 14 years of experience in various roles within the biotechnology and diagnostics industry. Eric is currently working as the Lab Director for CAP accredited tests at Firalis Molecular Precision, a laboratory in France accredited by the College of American Pathologists. Eric also serves as the Chief Scientific Officer and Key Account Manager at the same company, where they are involved in product and biomarker development strategies, customer relations, and process improvement. Prior to their current position, Eric worked as a Project Leader at Amoneta Diagnostics and as the Head of the Molecular Diagnostics Department & Biomarker Project Leader at Firalis S.A. Eric started their career as a Researcher at the Uniklinikum Greifswald, where their work focused on cytoskeletal tension regulation in podocytes. Eric also had a brief stint as a Postdoc at the University of Heidelberg. Overall, Eric's expertise lies in lab management, biomarker development, and research in the field of cell biology.

Eric Schordan received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Biology / Pharmacology from Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I) in the years 1995 to 2005.
