George Georgiou

George Georgiou is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in business and financial modelling. Currently serving as a Strategic Finance Modeller and Senior Business Analyst at Fire and Emergency NZ since August 2021, George has previously held significant roles at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand and Waikato District Health Board. George began a career in finance with various positions at PwC, including Audit Associate and Tax Consultant, following a summer internship at the same firm. Additional experience includes roles as a Project Accountant at Berwin Leighton Paisner, Regional Manager at Monitor, and Business Analyst positions at Tesco PLC and Hogan Lovells. George holds a BCA and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Victoria University of Wellington.
