Colin Lewis has diverse work experience in various industries. COLIN started their career as a Senior Climbing Instructor at The Boiler Room Climbing Gym, where they worked for over a decade. COLIN then transitioned to the retail sector, working as a Brand Associate, Former Stock Supervisor, and Key Holder at Gap Inc./Old Navy. Following this, they joined MaxSold as a Market Development Lead & IT Guru, where they conducted sales calls, developed marketing strategies, and self-taught HTML/CSS skills. COLIN then worked at Tim Hortons as a Closing & Shift Supervisor, responsible for training and ensuring compliance with food safety procedures. Colin then became a Retail Food Supervisor at Compass Group Canada, where they supervised employees, ensured health and safety standards, and managed shift scheduling. Currently, they are employed at Fire & Flower as a Customer Experience Lead & Key Holder, responsible for team development and achieving sales targets through monitoring and tracking key performance indicators.

Colin Lewis completed their education at various institutions. In 2002, they graduated from Frontenac Secondary School with a high school degree. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they attended the Great Lakes Marine Training College and obtained an Associate's degree in the Marine Navigation Program. More recently, from 2018 to 2020, Colin studied at St. Lawrence College, earning a diploma in Business Administration and Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Colin also obtained several certifications. In October 2007, they received the Dispatch Booklet certification from the Canadian Department of Transport. In September 2018, they completed the Shopify Basics certification at St. Lawrence College. Lastly, in March 2019, Colin obtained the Next Best 2019 certification also from St. Lawrence College.
