Colin McDonell is a First Amendment litigator and former federal prosecutor. They earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2012, following a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Claremont McKenna College in 2008. Colin has held various legal positions, including Assistant United States Attorney from 2017 to 2021 and Litigation Associate at Vinson & Elkins from 2015 to 2017. They currently serve as an attorney at the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression.
