Bruce MacNair has held various positions in the field of intelligence analysis over the past 25 years. From 1995 to 2002, they worked at the U.S. Baltic Foundation as a Program Officer and Administrative Director. From 2002 to 2006, they worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as an All Source Intelligence Analyst, a Critical Infrastructure Protection Analyst, a Senior All Source Intelligence Analyst and Team Lead, and a Senior All Source Intelligence and Human Factors Analyst. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at BAE Systems as a Senior All Source Intelligence Analyst and Team Lead and a Senior All Source Intelligence Analyst and Technical Lead. Since 2010, they have been the President, Founder and Managing Member of Firebird Analytical Solutions & Technologies, Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business recognized for its expertise and performance in supporting US Government, Law Enforcement and Information Technology agencies.
Bruce MacNair attended Schiller International University Heidelberg Campus from 1992 to pursue a degree in International Relations and Affairs. Bruce then attended SUNY New Paltz from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs. Following this, they attended US Army OCS and US Army Infantry School - Fort Benning, GA from 2001 to become a Commisioned Army Officer and BCT, respectively. Lastly, Bruce MacNair attended The George Washington University to study International Policy.
