Adam Mahmud Hajoj

Adam Mahmud Hajoj has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and IT management. Adam Mahmud is currently working as a Technical Support Manager at Fireblocks since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Technical Support Team Manager and a Technical Account Manager at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. from December 2018 to March 2022. Adam Mahmud has also worked at Mellanox Technologies, where they held various roles including IT Manager and IT Administrator, providing support and managing teams in areas such as NOC, SOC, and Help Desk. Adam has acquired extensive experience in technical support, IT management, and system administration throughout their career.

Adam Mahmud Hajoj attended Braude Academic College from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Computer Software Engineering. Adam Mahmud obtained additional certifications including the Check Point Certified CloudGuard Administrator (CCVSA) from Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. in July 2020, and the Check Point Certified Security Administrator CCSA R80 from the same institution in November 2020.
