Alice Ginzburg has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.
Alice started their career at HOT as a Content Editor and Translator for the EPG department, where they specialized in translating TV guide synopses between multiple languages. Alice worked at HOT from June 2007 to May 2011.
After that, Alice joined Thomson Reuters in May 2011 and held two roles during their tenure. Initially, they worked as a Content QA Engineer, responsible for quality assurance and analysis of various content domains. Alice also played a crucial role in planning, designing, and implementing test plans for different products. Alice was involved in this role until May 2013. Subsequently, they became a Senior Data Analyst, where they focused on analyzing large-scale datasets and providing insights and recommendations for product improvement. Alongside this, Alice led projects and managed teams. Alice ended their journey with Thomson Reuters in September 2018.
Following their time at Thomson Reuters, Alice joined Refinitiv in September 2018 as a Customer Success Manager. Alice worked closely with multiple accounts throughout the entire customer lifecycle, providing onboarding training and ongoing consultancy for B2B products. Alice also had the responsibility of analyzing end-user issues and communicating the results to the development, product, and user experience teams for product improvement. Their tenure at Refinitiv lasted until December 2020.
Lastly, Alice joined Fireblocks in December 2020 and held two roles within the company. Alice initially worked as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Later on, they were promoted to the role of Enterprise CSM Team Lead, where they took the lead in managing the team responsible for enterprise customer success. Alice is currently working in this capacity at Fireblocks.
Alice Ginzburg earned a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics and French Studies from Tel Aviv University between 2001 and 2004. Alice later attended the YEDA School for Technical Communications from 2010 to 2011, though the degree and field of study pursued during that time are unspecified.
