Haggit Russo

Haggit Russo has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Haggit is currently working at Fireblocks as the Head of Finance, where they are responsible for establishing and managing the Finance department. In this role, they oversee accounting activities, manages the finance department in Israel and Singapore, and ensures compliance with financial procedures.

Prior to Fireblocks, Russo worked at Cybereason as the Director of Finance - EMEA. During their tenure, they developed and led the Finance team, established an ERP system, and ensured compliance with financial and local requirements. Haggit also had responsibility for reporting, risk management, and external audits.

Before Cybereason, Russo held multiple positions at Gemalto/SafeNet. As the Chief Accountant and Salary Controller, they managed the bookkeeping and payroll department, handled tax reports, and implemented ERP systems. In their role as Chief Accountant, Russo supervised accounting and payroll processes, prepared financial statements, and managed the procurement of fixed assets.

Russo began their career at Trivnet as an Accountant before the company was acquired by Gemalto. Haggit was responsible for accounting, payroll, cash flow management, and purchase activities.

Prior to Trivnet, Russo worked at Comsys Communication and Signal Processing Ltd as an Accountant, where they handled bookkeeping, salaries processing, and reporting.

Russo's earliest work experience was at MAXIMALdesign, where they worked as an Independent Accountant and was responsible for various accounting procedures and issuing statements.

Haggit Russo attended Tel-Aviv University - Lahav Executive Education in 2021, where they studied Directors and Other Senior Corporate Officeholders. The program did not result in a specific degree.

From 2019 to 2020, Russo took part in a Leadership & Management - Executive training program at Hamil - המרכז הישראלי לניהול. Haggit received a Certificate upon completion of the program.

In 2006, Russo also attended Hamil - המרכז הישראלי לניהול, where they studied Analysis of financial statements and valuation of companies. However, this particular program did not lead to a degree.

From 1997 to 1999, Russo pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Economics at The College of Management Academic Studies.
