Kitty Bromhead

Kitty Bromhead is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace experience and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Workplace and Employee Experience at Fireblocks since May 2023, Kitty previously held roles such as Global Head of Workplace Experience at OwnBackup, where leadership included managing large-scale office projects globally, and Senior Manager of Workplace Experience and Operations at Cockroach Labs, where significant contributions included the development of a hybrid workplace model. Earlier experiences include serving as Workplace and Culture Lead at Instagram, overseeing major office fit-outs, and co-founding Kiwi Energy, where strategic planning for customer acquisition was key. Kitty began a career at Lumo Energy, driving startup operations to remarkable success. Kitty holds a Bachelor of Arts from Massey University.
