Oded Blatman

Oded Blatman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and technology. Oded is currently serving as the CIO & CISO at Fireblocks, a platform that helps financial institutions streamline digital asset operations securely. Prior to this, Blatman was an Alliance Member at CyberFuture.

Blatman has held key leadership roles in several prominent organizations. Oded served as the Chief Information Security Officer at Bank Hapoalim, one of Israel's leading banks, and as the Senior Director - Business Information Security Officer at Salesforce.

Blatman also worked as the CIO & CISO at ClickSoftware, a $150M Israeli enterprise cloud software company, which was acquired by Salesforce. Oded played a crucial role in the acquisition process. Additionally, Blatman served as the Director of Cyber & Information Security and CISO at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, where they were responsible for the cyber security of the company's information, network, and computing infrastructure.

Before that, Blatman founded and led NetSys HLS, a Defense Systems House that provided high-end IT, cyber, and HLS solutions to the defense and commercial industries. Oded also founded Thalamus HLS, which developed a Cyber Security Test-bed suite for organizations to secure end-to-end cyber-breaches.

Blatman started their career as an IT Architect & Director at a defense company, where they gained expertise in technology and system architecture in the fields of cyber defense and offense, intelligence and analysis systems, and border control systems.

Overall, Blatman's work experience showcases their proficiency in cybersecurity, technology consulting, and leadership in the defense and financial sectors.

Oded Blatman completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Management from The Open University of Israel, from 1999 to 2006.
