Ingrid Biederman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2005, they started their career as a Fencing Coach at The Dublin Sport Fencing Center, a position they held until 2010. Ingrid then transitioned to education, working as a Lead Pre-K Teacher at The Goddard School of Worthington from 2010 to 2011, where they taught foundational skills and created lesson plans. In 2011, they became an EDI Analyst and Project Manager at TMW Systems, specializing in electronic data interchange. After three years, they joined Phorms Education as a Reception Teacher from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they became a 4th Grade ELA and Social Studies Teacher at Westside Academy, where they created engaging lessons and catered to English Language Learners. Ingrid then moved on to Renaissance Academy of Multimedia Arts in 2017 as a 4/5 ELA and Social Studies Teacher. In 2018, they briefly shifted gears and worked as a Junior Full Stack Developer at We Can Code IT. In 2019, they joined Columbus City Schools as a Teacher, contributing to the education of students until 2022. Currently, they are employed as an Associate Project Manager at Firebrand Technologies, a position they have held since 2022. Additionally, from 2016 to 2019, they served as a Foil Coach at Columbus Fencing & Fitness, sharing their expertise in fencing. Throughout their various roles, Ingrid has demonstrated adaptability and a passion for both education and technology.

Ingrid Biederman's education history begins in 2005 when they enrolled at The Ohio State University to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Middle Childhood Development. Ingrid completed their undergraduate studies in 2009.
