Melody Ocumen has a wealth of work experience in customer service and management. Melody began their career in 2007 as a Consultant for Freelancer.com, where they were later promoted to General Manager, Customer Service, Training and QA Manager, and Team Manager. In 2017, they worked as a Consultant for Blys, and in 2018 they held the role of Customer Service Consultant for xtixs. Currently, Melody is the Customer Success Head for Fireflies.ai.

Melody Ocumen's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Computer Applications from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, obtained between 2001 and 2005. Melody also attended De La Salle University between 1998 and 2001, studying Manufacturing Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Six Sigma PH and SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, including C/X Blueprint Trained (November 2022), Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) (May 2015), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (April 2015), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (February 2015), and Yellow Belt Six Sigma (November 2014).
