Amjad Alakrami

Amjad Alakrami is a dedicated software developer currently working at Firefly since June 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a student assistant at StuddyBuddy.eu from September 2022 to June 2023, and an assembly line worker at ABB during summer 2022. Amjad served in the Försvarsmakten as a radiolänksoldat from August 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities involved establishing communication networks under pressure. Earlier experience at Face2face Design & Communication as a salesperson in June 2020 enhanced confidence and sales skills. As a designer and documenter at ABB in mid-2019, Amjad automated documentation processes. Initial work as a leaflet distributor at Svensk Direktreklam AB from 2017 to 2018 fostered a strong sense of duty, precision, and perseverance. Amjad is pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, expected to graduate in June 2027, and holds a high school diploma with a focus on smart systems and products from ABB-gymnasiet.
