Mine Yücesoy Dirancı

Mine Yücesoy Dirancı has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and leadership. Mine is currently working as the Vice President of People and Culture at Firefly since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Fellow at Oxford Leadership from 2017 onwards. Mine also served as the Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) at REM People from December 2020 until October 2022.

Mine Yücesoy Dirancı founded Bizim IK Işleri | Our HR Business in 2016 and worked as its Founder until December 2020. Mine also worked at Yapı Kredi Bank Turkey, where they held the positions of Head of HR Project Development and Employer Branding from January 2010 to December 2012, and HR Business Partner (Operations, ADC, and IT) from August 2008 to December 2009.

Furthermore, Mine Yücesoy Dirancı gained international experience as the Head of Learning and Development, Central Eastern Europe at UniCredit Bank Austria AG from December 2012 to May 2015. Mine'sachievements include creating an international pool of internal trainers and overseeing executive development and talent management.

Mine also worked as an HR Generalist at TeliaSonera from August 2007 to August 2008. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at IS KAVRAMLARI CONSULTANCY for five years, covering various areas in Turkey, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan.

Mine Yücesoy Dirancı began their career as an HR Director at AIESEC, where they worked from October 1998 to June 2002. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in people and culture management, HR project development, employer branding, learning and development, and talent management.

Mine Yücesoy Dirancı completed their education at Bahcesehir University from 2010 to 2017, where they studied Marketing Communication and Public Relations. Prior to that, they attended Istanbul University from 1998 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Finance. Mine also has additional certifications in User Experience Design from Ethnogram, which they obtained in June 2020, Certified Agile HR Practitioner from JLS - Just Leading Solutions - Agile HR Transformation Experts, obtained in May 2020, and TTI Success Insights Tools from İş Kavramları Danışmanlık, obtained in June 2008.
