Marcelle Pieterse

Marcelle Pieterse is an accomplished human resources professional with over two decades of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Vice President of People and Culture at Bioforum the Data Masters since December 2020, Marcelle previously held the position of Senior Director Human Resources within the same organization. Prior to joining Bioforum, Marcelle worked at IQVIA Middle East and Africa from May 2000 to November 2020, progressing through roles such as HR Manager/Sr HR Business Partner, Human Resources Officer, and Human Resources and Administrative Executive Associate. Marcelle's expertise encompasses recruitment, payroll administration, compensation and benefits implementation, employee equity initiatives, and performance management. Marcelle holds a National Diploma in Business Administration from Central University of Technology, Free State, obtained in 1999.
