Aaron McBride

Aaron McBride currently serves as the Vice President of Outpatient and Survivor Advocacy Services at Firefly Children & Family Alliance, overseeing clinical and operational aspects of various counseling programs. Previously, Aaron held the role of Chief Operations Officer at Faith in Indiana, managing a significant budget and focusing on healthcare and voting rights advocacy. At Reach For Youth, Inc., Aaron's leadership as Chief Operations Officer involved addressing the school-to-prison pipeline through mental health services and workforce development. Prior experience includes positions at the Indiana Center for the Prevention of Youth Abuse and Suicide, Peace Corps, and the State of Indiana, focusing on child and youth development and family case management. Aaron holds a Master of Public Affairs, a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from institutions including the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and Ball State University.
