Ronald Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ronald currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Scientist at Firehawk Aerospace, a research partner with Raytheon Technologies. Prior to this, they worked as a Co-Founder & Chief Technologist at Rocket Crafters, Inc., where they later became the President & Chief Technology Officer. Ronald'srole at Aviradyne Technologies, Inc. was as the Chief Technology Officer, focused on developing advanced materials and production systems for aerospace and defense applications. Earlier in their career, they served as the President of Dynastrosi Laboratories, Inc. and as the President and Co-Founder of Shared Replicators, Inc., a rapid prototyping service bureau. Ronald also has experience in the health insurance industry, where they worked as a Vice President at CIS Technologies, Inc. Lastly, they held a role in human resource management at Telex Computer Products, Inc. and Wang Laboratories.
Ronald Jones attended Western Kentucky University from 1967 to 1969, where they initially pursued a degree in Physics Engineering before transferring to Southeastern Louisiana University. At Southeastern Louisiana University, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from 1969 to 1971. After completing their undergraduate studies, Ronald attended the Naval Aviation Officer Candidate School in Pensacola, FL from 1971 to 1972, where they became a Commissioned Officer in the USNR, specializing in Aviation. In 1983, they also attended Babson College, earning a Certificate in Human Resource Executive with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services.
