Jalila Bouchareb

Jalila Bouchareb has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jalila currently holds the role of VP, Format Innovation at Firehouse Subs under the company Restaurant Brands International. Jalila joined this position in 2023. Prior to this, Jalila worked at Restaurant Brands International as the General Manager & VP of Operations for Tim Hortons US, as well as the Head of Development and Operations for Tim Hortons US. Jalila also held positions in training and operations at RBI and Burger King. In 2013, Jalila was a Fellow at .406 Ventures, where they performed due diligence for early-stage investments. Jalila was also a Fellow at InSITE, a fellowship program aimed at strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Jalila has also founded and led their own companies, Amal Oils LLC and Restaurantware, LLC. Additionally, they gained early work experience as a Summer Intern at Churchill Capital in 2007.

Jalila Bouchareb began their education at Rock Island High School from 2000 to 2001. Jalila then attended Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy from 2001 to 2004, where they studied mathematics. Jalila later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Entrepreneurship at Babson College from 2004 to 2008. Recently, they have been an MBA candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management from 2013 to 2015.
