Erin Lavin

Erin Lavin has a diverse work experience. Erin started as an Office Assistant at Custom Med Plus in 2015, where they were responsible for office management and assisting with sales and product management. In 2017, they worked as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half's OfficeTeam division, where they selected office and administrative professionals for temporary and temporary-to-full-time positions. Currently, Erin serves as the Director of Human Resources at FireKing Security Group, where they are responsible for employee recruitment, relations, benefits administration, and policy review for a workforce of 300+ employees.

Erin Lavin completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from DeVry University, graduating in 2016.
