Laura Porter

Laura Porter has over a decade of experience in healthcare management and clinical practice. Currently serving as a Manager at Firelands Health since September 2012, Laura coordinates the functions of an Occupational Health clinic in Sandusky, overseeing operations such as employee health physicals, drug screenings, and various outpatient services. Previously, Laura worked as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care/Step Down Unit and was an active member of the Process Improvement Committee. Laura also owned and operated Dance N Style, a professional dance studio, from 2008 to 2014, successfully managing events, lesson plans, and financial operations. Academically, Laura holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Lorain County Community College and dual Bachelor's degrees in Sociology and Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
