Rob Gehring

Rob Gehring has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rob started their career in 2009 as an Analysis & Development Intern at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, where they conducted research on result-based accountability. Rob then moved on to work as a Marketing & Customer Experience Intern at SkyTeam, where they conducted research and wrote a dissertation on measuring the quality of passenger experience. After that, they joined Compressor Controls Corporation as a Field Service Engineer, responsible for managing commissioning activities of compressor and turbine control systems.

In 2014, Rob joined London City Airport, initially as a Continuous Improvement Executive and later as a Continuous Improvement Manager and Change Consultant. In these roles, they led change management projects and implemented strategies for key airport processes. In 2017, Rob joined FeedbackNow as the Director of UK, overseeing the setup of the UK market. FeedbackNow was subsequently acquired by Forrester, where Rob continued their career.

At Forrester, Rob held the position of Director of Sales and Customer Service, accountable for the performance of Forrester's SaaS product. Rob was also involved in the acquisition of FeedbackNow for its Real-time CX Cloud development. In 2021, Rob joined Firemind as the Head of Sales, focusing on empowering organizations to unlock the value of their data with a modern data strategy.

Rob Gehring completed their education in the following order:
