Joshua Warmund is the principal and founder of WarmundLaw, LLC (www.warmundlaw.com). Josh has 20 years of experience counseling and advising IT, software, digital media, telecom and new-market and growth ventures in both the private-equity and venture capital space on a global scale. He has deep experience acting both as a general counsel as well as outside counsel for transactional, commercial, M&A, financing, corporate governance, IP, HR, data security & privacy and other related matters. Prior to WarmundLaw, Josh served as #2 counsel at Infor Global Solutions, a multinational ERP software vendor. Josh joined shortly after its initial start-up and helped support over 7000X growth in annual revenue, over 30 acquisitions, 70,000+ customers, a top 3 position in the global ERP space and a top 10 position in the global software space in 8 years. Before Infor, Josh practiced in New York City law firms, specializing in IT, media and corporate matters.
