Previously, Jerome held the position of Business Development Manager at Easly, contributing to the deployment of over $130M to more than 250 innovative Canadian companies. Prior roles include Business Development Manager at OKR Financial CA, where over $150M was deployed to support Canadian startups with various government-funded incentives, and Senior Account Executive at Plooto, an automated accounts payable and receivable platform. Jerome began the career as a Senior Business Development Executive at Business Wire, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. Jerome's educational background includes certificates from London Business School and Columbia University, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
