Sheldon O'Neal

Sheldon O'Neal, CFA, CPA, currently serves as M&A Manager at The Armor Group, Inc. since October 2025, focusing on acquiring niche market manufacturing and underperforming companies. Previously, Sheldon was a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory at Asenti Diligence Partners LLC from November 2017 to September 2025, where responsibilities included providing financial and accounting due diligence to private equity funds and strategic buyers. From December 2010 to June 2017, Sheldon held the position of Audit Manager at Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co., offering accounting, assurance, and tax preparation services to closely-held entities. Sheldon earned an MBA and a BS in Accounting from the University of Dayton, graduating in 2010.
