Kevin Endsley has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. In 2006, they were an Account Manager at RockWest Technology Group, where they foot canvassed and made cold calls, searched for current and potential customers, and built new relationships while managing accounts. In 2007, they were the Executive Coordinator at NBC Universal and the Club Director and Founder at Offshore Waves Volleyball Club, where they founded and directed the club with the intent to grow the game of volleyball amongst young men in Southern California. Kevin was also responsible for composing and orchestrating the budget, setting up and leading parent and player meetings, scheduling tournaments and practices, and leading talks in negotiation for gym availability and price. In 2010, they became the Director of Communications at Universal Sports and, in 2011, they were the Director of Program and Affiliate Publicity and Senior Press Manager at NBCUniversal, Inc. In 2015, they were the Vice President of Communications at the Charity Network, and in 2016, they became the Senior Director of Franchise Development and Innovation at Golf Channel, where they were responsible for the development and growth of golf-specific franchises within NBC Sports Group. In 2018, they were the Assistant Volleyball Coach at Pepperdine University, and, in 2019, they became the Vice President of Entertainment Relations at WWE. Currently, they are the Head of Sports, Gaming & News at Fireside since 2022.

Kevin Endsley attended Pepperdine University from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in History. Prior to that, they attended MUHS from 1997 to 2001.
