Kalle Malchow

Kalle Malchow has extensive work experience in various roles related to growth, solution consulting, and sales. Kalle currently holds the position of VP Growth at zealaxx AG since April 2021. In February 2023, they will join FireStart as the Head of Growth. In their previous employment at Unit4, Kalle held several positions, including Head of Solution Consultant UKI from May 2020 to March 2021, Global Head of Solution Consultant FP&A from January 2015 to February 2021, and Senior Presales Consultant FP&A from August 2013 to December 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Unit4 as a Presales Consultant FP&A and Sales Executive FP&A from March 2012 to June 2013 and September 2008 to February 2012, respectively. Kalle also had an internship at SAP ARENA in 2004.

Kalle Malchow completed a Bachelor of Arts (hons) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Heidelberg International Business Academy from 2005 to 2008. Afterwards, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Business Psychology, Leadership, and Management at SRH Fernhochschule Riedlingen.
