Mike Springer

Mike Springer has extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mike is currently an Executive Partner & Co-Founder at ZEALAXX AG since July 2019. Mike is also the Head of Sales at FireStart since February 2023. Prior to these positions, they served as the Vice President Global Sales at retorio from July 2019.

In 2000, Mike became the Managing Owner of SunsetLoft Vir - Croatia. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Unit4 Prevero as a Senior Sales Manager and PROKURIST. Mike held the same position at PREVERO AG from 2011 to 2017. Previously, from 2009 to 2011, they were the EVP SALES, PROKURIST at PREVERO AG.

Mike joined PREVERO AG in 2002 and worked as a Vertriebsleiter from 2007 to 2009 and before that as a Sales Manager from 2002 to 2007. Earlier in their career, they were employed as a Sales Manager at IBC SPRINGER & THURNER GMBH from 1996 to 2002. Mike began their career as a Junior Marketing employee at MIP GBR in 1995 and later took on the role of SALES & MARKETING until September 1996.

Mike Springer attended Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg from 1994 to 1998, where they studied BWL (Betriebswirtschaftslehre), but did not obtain a specific degree.
