Kevin Souza

Kevin Souza is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Projects at Fireweed Metals since September 2025, Kevin previously held roles at Teck Resources Limited, where responsibilities included Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer from May 2017 to September 2025. Additional experience encompasses positions as Senior Mechanical Engineer at Ausenco, Account Manager and Application Engineer at TECO-Westinghouse Motors (Canada) Inc., and Chief Engineer and Owner at Arcturus Engineering, among others. Kevin's career began as a Design Engineer at Haakon Industries (Canada) Ltd. Following a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Calgary, Kevin has furthered professional development through studies at Harvard Business School Online.
