Sarah Williams possesses extensive experience in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as the Group Food and Beverage Manager at Firmdale Hotels PLC since January 2009, where previous roles included Food and Beverage Manager and Food and Beverage Training Manager. Prior to joining Firmdale Hotels, Sarah held the position of Food and Beverage Training Manager at Guoman Hotels for a year in 2008. Sarah's career began at The Dorchester as a Junior Assistant F&B Manager from September 2001 to March 2006, followed by a role as Food and Beverage Operations Manager at The Athenaeum Hotel from March 2006 to December 2007.
