Doug Minck has over three decades of experience in the flavor and food industries, currently serving as Director of Supply Chain Industrialization at Firmenich since February 2000. Previous roles include Vice President of R&D at General Spice and Director of Process Development at Givaudan Flavors. Additionally, Doug Minck held the position of Process Control & Process Development Manager at IFF. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University - Camden, a Master of Science in Food Science from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology & Chemistry from the University of Delaware.
