Fausto Carriles

Fausto Carriles is an experienced Sr Flavorist with a career spanning over two decades in the flavor industry. Currently working at dsm-firmenich since May 2023, Carriles has held the Sr. Flavorist position at Firmenich since July 2015. Previous roles include Saborista at IFF from January 2012 to June 2015, Coordinador Técnico R&D Sabores at Mane Mexico from October 2008 to November 2011, and various Saborista positions at Mane and CHR Hansen México. Carriles began the professional journey as a Saborista Trainee at Robertet de México and also gained early experience as Técnico Control de Calidad and Asistente Técnico R&D at Sabritas. Carriles holds a degree in Quimico, Tecnología de Alimentos from Universidad La Salle, A.C., completed in 1993.
