In addition to being the General Counsel and Secretary to the Board, Jane leads the Legal & Compliance functions across the worldwide operations with direct oversight of Legal; Intellectual Property; Quality, Health, Safety & Environment; Regulatory; Business Ethics and Trade Compliance. Prior to joining Firmenich, Jane worked for 9 years in the pharmaceutical industry and spent the first 17 years of her career with The Coca-Cola Company.
