Paul Youds

Paul Youds is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in global real estate and facilities management. Currently serving as SVP Global Real Estate & Facilities Management at Firmenich since May 2014, Paul oversees a portfolio that includes sites across EMEA, Asia Pacific, and the Americas. Prior to this role, Paul held several key positions at AstraZeneca, including Head of Global Real Estate and Group Operations Director for Facilities Management, demonstrating expertise in asset and portfolio management, operational leadership, and complex project delivery. Paul's career spans various roles in leading organizations such as Zeneca Pharmaceuticals and ICI, where responsibilities included managing construction and design projects, operational management, and commercial contract management. Paul holds a degree in Engineering & Production Management from Liverpool Hope University.
