Maria Wegwitz

Maria Wegwitz is an accomplished Creative Manager at Firmex since August 2023 and has been the Creative Director of Maria Wegwitz Creative Studio since January 2004, a full-service design studio with over 20 years of industry experience offering services in Graphic Design, Art Direction, and Copywriting. Previous experience includes serving as Communication Director at Peace Portal Alliance Church from August 2014 to April 2023, where Maria developed and executed a strategic communications plan and established the church's branding. Early career experience includes a role as Junior Graphic Designer at Leader Direct Marketing Ltd from March 2002 to May 2004, focusing on direct mail campaigns. Maria Wegwitz holds a Diploma in Graphic Design and a Certificate in Interdisciplinary Design Studies from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, as well as prior education at Langara College. Clients include Plenty Clothing, Earls Kitchen + Bar, Chemistry Marketing + Design, and Metropolitan Hardwood Floors.
