Piper Vogt

Piper Vogt is an experienced education professional with a strong background in early childhood development and grant management. As the First 5 Quality Counts Manager at the First 5 Association of California since March 2023, Piper oversees education grant initiatives. Piper has also been a Trainer/Coach at WestEd since May 2013, focusing on enhancing social and emotional competency in children. Additionally, Piper is a certified practitioner of the Positive Parenting Program since September 2008 and has held various leadership roles, including Quality Counts Manager for First 5 of Santa Cruz County and Quality Enrichment Coach at Encompass Community Services. With extensive experience in staff development and training at the Santa Clara County Office of Education and as an adjunct faculty member at Brandman University, Piper has a Master's degree in Leadership in Education from Pacific Oaks College.
