Ronnie Thomas

Ronnie Thomas is a highly experienced professional currently serving on the REDI Core Team at the First 5 Association of California, focusing on advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion for young children and families. With a long tenure at First 5 San Bernardino as Section Manager and previously as Staff Analyst, Ronnie has managed procurement and funding activities while enhancing program performance. Leadership roles include serving as President of the San Bernardino County Women's Network and owning R.S. Thomas Coaching Clinic. Ronnie's career began at the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools and includes experience as an Eligibility Worker. Ronnie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California State University-San Bernardino.
