Asmaa M. Amara is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in service excellence and operational management. Currently serving as the Head of Service Excellence & Policy and Procedures at First Abu Dhabi Bank Misr since August 2023, Asmaa previously held the position of Head of Service Excellence & Financial Inclusion at the same institution from April 2022 to August 2023. Prior to FABMISR, Asmaa worked at Bank Audi from November 2014 to April 2022, initially as the Head of Service Excellence and later as the Executive Manager, focusing on the CEO & MD Technical Office. Asmaa's career also includes substantial roles at Banquemisr, spanning from October 2002 to October 2014, where responsibilities included Deputy Manager of the Vice Chairman Technical Office and Controller in Corporate Banking. Asmaa holds a degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce, English Section at Ain Shams University.
