Frank Dickens

Frank Dickens is an experienced IT professional with a focus on datacenter hardware engineering and desktop support. Since August 2011, Frank has served as a Datacenter Hardware Engineer at First Advantage, where responsibilities include administration, troubleshooting, and support for a large data center in a high-security environment, as well as managing software installations and upgrades across multiple remote locations. Prior roles include Desktop Support Supervisor, where team management and issue resolution were emphasized, and IT Specialist, focused on imaging corporate PCs and providing support to remote personnel. Additionally, Frank held a position at DePauw University, providing desktop support and contributing to server migration projects. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Indiana State University, completed in 2006.
