Melissa Ruebenson

Melissa Ruebenson has over 16 years of experience in the technical and analytical fields, currently serving as a Senior Technical Product Consultant at First Advantage since March 2013, previously holding roles such as Solution Engineer and Integration Consultant. At LexisNexis from October 2006 to March 2013, Melissa worked as a Business Analyst and Account Support Analyst, facilitating client account implementations and performing background investigations. Prior to that, roles at LexisNexis included Senior Customer Service Support Specialist and Processor, focusing on client account management and information verification. Melissa has also worked as a Pathology Assistant at the DuPage County Coroner's Office, supporting autopsy procedures. Melissa holds a B.S. in Forensic Science from Loyola University Chicago and has completed studies at the College of DuPage.
