Noel Martin Lobo is an experienced professional in the Compensation and Benefits field, currently serving as Director of Compensation & Benefits APAC at First Advantage since September 2021. Lobo has a strong background in global compensation strategy, compliance, and employee well-being, with prior experience as Sr. Manager of Global Compensation and Benefits at First Advantage Global Operating Center Pvt. Ltd. Lobo has also held roles at Unichem Laboratories Limited as Head of Compensation and Benefits and as Compensation and Benefits Manager at Mercer. Earlier career positions include Business Analyst at Aditya Birla Minacs and various roles at Manthan Software and Manipal HealthCare. Lobo holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Mangalore University and a B.Com degree in Accounts and Finance from St. Aloysius College Mangalore.
