Rachel Fronapfel

Rachel Fronapfel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational performance and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Enablement at First Advantage since October 2016, Rachel leads various teams focused on fostering continuous improvement, enhancing vendor performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Previous roles at First Advantage include Vice President of Operations and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, where Rachel concentrated on quality enhancement and analytics. Prior to First Advantage, Rachel was Director of Product Leadership at Nielsen, overseeing data management and quality analysis. Rachel's career began as an Economist at the Bureau of Labor Statistics, analyzing employment and wage trends. Rachel holds a BA in Economics and Environmental Geography from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
