Wes Childers

Wes Childers has extensive experience in leadership roles within Customer Success and Account Management. Wes has worked at First Advantage as the Sr. Director of Customer Success since July 2015, where Wes oversees remote Customer Success Directors and Analyst teams. Prior to this, Wes worked at ADP from November 2005 to June 2014 as an Account Management Executive and Manager of Client Services. At both companies, Wes focused on team performance management, client relationship management, and implementing strategies to drive client retention and account growth. Wes is skilled in utilizing Salesforce and conducting Net Promoter Surveys to assess customer satisfaction.
