Yafen Tan

Yafen Tan is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in tax planning and compliance across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Tax at First Advantage since April 2015, Yafen specializes in ASC 740, federal and state income tax, international tax, transfer pricing, IPOs, M&A tax due diligence, and audits. Prior to this role, Yafen was the Tax Director at WellCare from March 2009 to April 2015, and held positions as Tax Manager and Senior Tax Associate at Deloitte Tax LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers, respectively. Yafen holds a Master's degree in Accounting with a focus on Tax from the University of South Florida.
