Colin Jeffs has over thirty years of work experience in the telecommunications and business solutions industries. Colin began their career in 1982 as an Apprentice in Telecommunications and Electronics at Marconi/Siemens Enterprise Communications, where they received a broad-based training in electronics and communications methods. In 1991, they took on the role of National Account Executive at National Telecommunication Limited in Hampshire, UK, where they were responsible for growing existing accounts and signing new customers. In 1998, they moved to MCI WorldCom/UUNET in London, UK, where they worked as a Corporate Account Manager, selling and managing voice, call center, VoIP, data, frame relay, ATM, internet, IPVPN, web hosting and support services. In 2006, they joined Inter-Tel/Mitel in Florida, USA, as a Major Account Manager, managing key accounts and designing complex voice and data communication solutions. In 2008, they became an Enterprise Sales Director at Avatel Technologies in Florida, USA, to develop a new division focused on Avaya enterprise and mid-market solutions. In 2014, they moved to Technology Integration Group as a Senior Account Executive and in 2015, they took on the role of National Sales Director at First American Business Solutions Inc.

Colin Jeffs attended Finham Park School from 1979 to 1984 and then went on to Coventry Technical University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications & Electronics in 1989.
