Belma Cajic

Belma Cajic is an experienced professional in UX research, currently serving as the Manager of UX Research at First American since August 2020, where roles have included UX Research Lead and Senior UX Researcher. Prior to this, Belma Cajic gained extensive experience at Edward Jones from December 2012 to August 2020, taking on positions such as User Experience Researcher, Design Thinking Alignment, Research & Strategy Consultant, Process Improvement Specialist, and Senior Financial Analyst. Belma Cajic holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Webster University, completed between 2016 and 2018, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business from the University of Missouri St. Louis College of Business Administration, earned from 2011 to 2014.
